You can access information about the local area and facilities.
The advert also tells you if there are any special requirements about the people who can live in the property such as age requirements or whether the property is suitable only for people with a support need.

You can express your interest or bid, as it is also known, in one of the following ways:
Advertising cycle
Properties available to rent are advertised from midnight on a Tuesday for 1 week. There is no advantage to placing your bid early in the cycle. If you do make a bid early in the cycle, be aware that your queue position may change as other people with higher priority may bid after you.
