Step 4 - Feedback

We publish information about homes that have been successfully let through Choice-Based Lettings. We tell you

• the number of applicants that bid for the property,
• the band they were in
• their effective date 

In exceptional circumstances, where it would be detrimental to the tenant we will not publish information about a property which has been advertised.

Looking at the Recent Lets feedback information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to give you individual feedback due to the numbers involved.

Due to the high demand for housing and low amount of properties becoming available in Oxford many housing applicants will find it faster to consider other housing options.
